Hi. I'm Anton. This first one will be brief because it's already late and I have to go to bed soon. I started on internet porn when I was about 24. This was still in the dial-up era. Easily one of the greatest orgasms I ever had was to a picture I found that first night of exploration. Fast forward a few years and I was able to find and download video. I never thought this was a problem--masturbation's normal--until the last few years when, for the first time in my life, I've had difficulty getting an erection. Many, many hours of arguments with my fantastic wife, her showing me the TED talk, and I'm finally able to admit I'm addicted and have to do a reboot.
To answer some of the questions, I haven't masturbated for a few days, haven't watched any porn in as long, but it was recent. Triggers aren't so often as in porn I'm only into a very specific thing, but triggers are out there. I anticipate the part of stopping fantasizing will be the toughest. I've done that since as long as I can remember.
Thanks for reading. More later.
Anton.
