Porn induced Hypofrontality

Hi all! One major brain change occurring in addiction is Hypofrontality- caused by lower dopamine and dopamine D2 receptors as occurs in  desensitization. What I am wondering is how long it takes to reverse porn induce Hypofrontality by abstaining from PMO entirely?

What I have noticed is that the severity of my addiction is not as much as others, who claim that they are so hooked on it that they PMO up to 16 times per day! In addition, some actually become depressed rather than just being in a worse mood (which reflects their increased usage and brain changes; and time necessary to reboot). So, on YBOP; the 90-120 day reboot applies to them- so I assume that a reboot of a very/ but not so altered brain, maybe, with Hypofontality can be reversed with this reboot length. So, surely as the rebooting time was created for people like them, my brain can be reset in this time ? (as it's less changed).
I have become desensitized, proved by my lowered mood, motivation, memory ability, concentration and other causes of Hypofrontality (and lowered D2 receptors and dopamine). I neglected all work and my grades lowered from A*'s and A's to C's and U's and  and skipped school for 3 whole months and changed my personality into a more extroverted/ impulsive person. So it's undeniable PMO has affected me to a rather great extent. Do you reckon meditation+ aerobic exersize will help (In addition to the 120 days+ reboot) in reversing my porn induced Hypofrontality?

Yes. With Hypofrontality frontal cortex gray matter and functioning decrease, weakening your decision making. Literally the number of dendrites, little branches where nerve cells communicate, either reduce or grow in number with addiction. Rebooting should restore these levels to normal, which is one of many reasons rebooters report increased control as time goes by.

Exercise and meditation may help because:

1) they help other parts of the brain deep in the reward circuit produce healthy levels of neurochemicals/receptors like dopamine and it's D2 receptor.

2) These other parts of the brain being desensitized maybe responsible for causing Hypofrontality in the first place.
