1. Had a huge, healthy boner when I woke up. Promptly noted it, ignored it, and got out of bed and got going!

2. Didn't waste time in the shower this morning glorifying my dick, as if it's so important or in charge. So, again, got going!

3. Saw a lot of hot girls at the gym today while working out. Found them attractive, enjoyed looking at them, talked to one for a a bit. Didn't have to feel like I needed to run away and touch my dick like usual.

3. I had time off this after noon with my roommate gone. Read a book, got some laundry done when I would have fapped for at least 30 minutes for sure and felt bad, slow, etc. after.

Getting more done I'm already noticing. My dick's not so important now. I am!

Hey there.

I can relate to the first part of your success story. I'm at day 16 right now, and today was the first day I woke up with a morning erection. I also noticed that I can think of really simple things, like my previous girlfriends' curves to get me going, while it used to take a pornography scene in the past to get it up. This is the first time I've actually noticed some progress in my reboot. It's very motivating!
