Jelqing/edging could raise your testosterone slightly, but it's basically jacking off, you would want to O, and it could lead to a relapse. Definitely excercize more, deadlifts and squats help raise testosterone a lot.

For me any touching of penis was quickly turning into edging and then to MO. I don't believe in any tricks to make your dick bigger. What you have is what you have and there are endless possibilities of making girl come with what you have. And trust me, I experienced the problems of quitting MO after half a year of no PMO. And it all started with ONE FAP!

Don't make it happen. It can ruin things.
