Hi often i read that you start your rewiring becouse you start feeling libido, if i desire to have sex with a girl how can i undestand if what i feel is genuine libido or still a craving correlated to PORN?

I think the desire towards women is natural and healthy way to fulfill are sexual urges since masturbation is not an option. Many rebooters struggle with ED and want there desire to connect physically and emotionally with women. But if you use dating sites just to get laid and pass many hours swiping on these sites, It's considerate P subs and si not healthy and could lead to relapse.

i agree with your point of view. i Believe a true genuine libido involves desire of sex together with intimacy and deep connection with a girl. It is something beutiful very difficult to experience when you are addicted

As porn addicts, most of us are not addicted to sex or slaves of sexual desire.  What we are addicted to is the 'rush' we get from watching porn.  We're addicted to seeing the incredible bodies, the 'harem' of women seemingly at our command, the unusual and unrealistic sexual situations.  That is not the same thing as libido.  If it were, we'd all just MO without porn and have 500 day counters. 

What you need to do is explore your desire a little deeper.  Sex with women comes in different varieties.  If you're thinking of hiring an escort who looks like a porn star (as I have done in the past), you're still desiring the same "rush" that porn provides, you've just projected the desire on to something slightly different.

Genuine libido is when you desire the actual connection with a female that goes way beyond sex, and may not even include sex if you're not in the mood for it at the time.  When you reach this level, things like ED won't even matter anymore, because you'll want to do so many things with this woman both in and out of the bed.  Sex is just part of a bigger picture.

I agree with you when you say about prostitutes. Some years ago i started dating prostitutes and shemales to feel the same dopamine rush in reality. I was thinking was better then fapping in front of my pc since i was doing sex, but i was dramatically wrong! i end up alternating sex and porn addiction in last 8 years of my life. i wasted several GF for my addiction and inability to get in intimacy and connection with them.
Now i give up both activities applying same concepts of porn addiction to sex addiction....it seems working as well. My sex addiction started from porn addiction so i believe is possible cure it in the same way...after all it is always a dopamine induced addiction
When i was looking in the street for sw prostitutes i felt exactly the same arousal and craving for sex, i feel also same sense of novelty since there are lots of girls stanting on the same street.
People like me hooked up to SW girls go around the streets looking for the most exciting girls, while looking to several of them the arousal grow up exactly how when you PMO with different porn scenes. After 2/3 hrs looking for girls i  choosed the most exciting and had sex with her...i was getting aroused by coolidge effect induced not anymore by porn but by SW girls.
