Relapse, or progress?

So I was supposed to work on an essay but I was feeling very, very horny. Now I absolutely didn't plan on relapsing today but I just could not focus on my work because of this. Instead of going for a walk, I actually went to masturbate but without porn. I had some trouble with premature ejaculation and PIED, so I decided to try to last as long as I can before ejaculating and going soft. I went 2.30 minutes and I think I could have gone longer if I really tried in the ending.

To me, this is a huge improvement, because last year this wouldn't have been longer than 20 seconds or so... I am also experiencing at least one random erection each day. I still don't have morning wood, but still get an erection almost each morning.

I am not planning to masturbate again in the near future, (actually didn't want to this entire year) but what do you guys think, shoud I see this as a relapse or improvement? I actually for the first time feel kinda great after this. Hope I didn't mess up progress tho.

Hey man, I just wanted to say good job on making it so long without PMOing.  I think that in the scope of things EVERYTHING is part of the progression.  You wont stop improving so long as you don't make that a common thing again.  That's just my opinion though.  Always look on the bright side of things, and figure out what you want to be a part of your recovery.

If you felt just a natural horniness and mo'd to get rid of that, that is ok. It may mean your ordinary libido is returning after a flatline, so definitely signs of progress, as long as mo doesn't cause too bad a chaser effect.
