DE in long term rebooter

Hi!

After 1 year of no PM [with some O with "bone-and-flesh" partners], I find myself much better than in the beginning. I started having problems to achieve an erection, managed to get it up, but then found that I couldn't ejaculate. That also was improving and eventually I managed to finish with a girl.

I'm now back at the sex game. I have been dating a girl for a couple of months, but I sometimes have problems ejaculating. It's like this.

1- When I'm having sex, I feel a lot at the beginning and usually I have the desire to cum, and probably I'd be able to.
2- If I don't want to cum so early, I try to focus my attention on her, so I don't get off too soon. If I do so, it's impossible for me to cum, I can't get back that feeling. I'm still hard, but no chance of cumming.

Do anyone relate to this?

I can relate to this.. With a partner I usually need to fantasize about P i order to finish. I have only rebooted for a couple of weeks, with some M and sex, so you are much further along the path to recovery I guess.

I had DE.  One of the key points in the recovery IS focusing on your partner during sex, and not using porn fantasy or memory to get off.  That is difficult in the beginning, but gets easy over time.  May I ask what you are focusing on if it is not her?

Yeah, when I'm focusing my attention on her, I'm focusing my attention on my own feelings and sensations. So, when I feel that I'm about to cum, I try to divert my attention from my penis [so to say] to her face or whatever,

I can relate to this prior to when i started my reboot, the funny thing is your symptoms are the exact same symptoms i had whilst using kamagra,
I've recently been reading up on kegels and reverse kegels and their benefits and maybe from what you've said it wouldn't hurt for you to start doing kegels if you aren't already?
Apparently on top of helping to get an erection and improve intensity of orgasms kegels will tighten the pelvic floor muscle which puts pressure on the g-spot and helps reaching orgasm,
From what i can make out kegels are good for DE, and reverse kegels are good for PE, but the benefits will only remain whilst you continue to do them as with any muscle.
Maybe this will help.
