Made it 24 days into 2016

Then relapsed. My goal was to go the entire year without artificial stimulation. It was going great till now.
But I don't see it as starting again, I just recognize there are still lingering mental connections and triggers that will be there for some time. Any tips for getting past the 3 week mark?

you want to stay away from p
that is good , its a very important fundamental step
try very hard to find what makes you stronger against / and far away from p
i don't know about you , but as for myself , i tend to be weak and vulnerable against falling into p when i am heavy and thinking negatively too much
but as long as i keep positive i do fine :)
as for myself , i keep positive by keeping making progress in things that i am working on and busy with.
remember to appreciate the positive and good thing you have in your life
