My first attempt at a reboot lasted 1 month. I felt changes in the way I interacted with people; especially women. Confidence, more energetic and, above all, less socially awkward. Then, on one particular day I had a sudden urge to look at porn; and then BOOM, PMO.
After the relapse I went on a 1 month binge, losing all confidence and self-esteem that I gained during that one month of abstaining from PMO.
I am three days in to my 2nd attempt at a reboot, my goal is to not PMO for 2 months and then aim for 90 days.
What techniques or ideas can you provide for me and/or anyone attempting another reboot and sticking to it for life?
