I am not sure where to start.

From reading it seems I must stop looking at porn.
What else should I be doing to get back my sex life?  I can get it UP, but Ihave a hard time finishing ,except with oral sex\

is that too frank?  should I use different words? I dont mean to offend anyone\
thank youi

Welcome to the forum fitnlean.  I am relatively new here myself, and from what I have seen - no information is too taboo here.  You are among like minded people who are all experiencing similar issues and concerns.

Here, the protocols are fairly simple... reboot your brain to not desire P and MO.  Sex with your partner is appropriate, yet from what I have read here, a time of sex without O is a standard type of course.  This is a place where you can share with others openly without fear of reprisal.  Soak up as much information as you can regarding PMO/ED/PE on YBOP and here in the forums.  Throw your two cents into the mix as well.  There is no wrong answer IMHO regarding this and we are all here to work through it together.

First off, you weren't too frank for me, whatever that is worth. :)
But as far as stopping porn viewing goes, doing that is just a healthy thing for us all to accomplish.  Regaining the sex life will have to be done the ol' fashion way, "WORk, WORK". sex is no longer a mouse click away!  But as with anything else in real life, the best comes from working for it.  Hopefully your SO is willing.  Best of luck to you man, but nevertheless, shedding porn from your life will be healthy for you.

All you have to do is read the other posts to get any idea
of what is appropriate.
I myself am not frank, it's Viper  8)

I think another good thing to do is to get a counter for your posts. It's easy and you can click on someone's counter to get an explanation of how to set one up. The reason being is that what gets tracked gets improved.

Secondly it seems like an accountability partner is in order. Try to get one of those where you two can post in each other's journal and help each other. If you want one I am available. I successfully went for 90 days with no P and M, but then relapsed hard (no pun intended). This is my second go around and am open to share what I felt worked for me.
