I think one of the hardest things about rebooting ,is how do you fill the void left by quitting watching porn and masturbating.It free's up a lot of time and energy.it leaves you with a very important decision,do i sit around think about not PMO'ing and spending that time scanning the internet,putting yourself in a position when you are one click away from porn or do i use this extra time and energy to do something productive and worth while. I find that after maybe 4 or 5 days of Nofap,i start to notice a difference in my confidence,energy level,social interaction skills and just general zest for life,so ive been making an effort to get out there and get stuff done and claim back the person i am and was before i started to spend far to much precious time,watching porn and beating myself off. Its making Nofap that bit easier this time and all aspects of my life are now improving .I hope everybody finds a way to fill the void,that will get them back on track.good luck everybody
