If it triggers you to relapse, then it's a huge problem. If it doesn't, then I assume there is not much damage done. To reset a lot of progress you'd need to binge on a lot of porn.

I would avoid doing that again, if you can. It will make it harder for you to resist thinking about porn at other times.

Maybe this is a good time to talk to your friends about the scary facts you've learnt about porn?

Hey, I understand how you might think differently about the situation you were in. But your perception towards what you saw didn't make it any more or less porn, the sub conscious still knows what it is and it will like it. I think your playing with fire and your mind will do any trick just to get it going.

it's all visual stimuli that sets the wheels in motion. Steer clear, your friends probably have the wrong end of the stick if they think its funny, generally its exploitative illusion with very few in the industry that actually enjoy it.
