Is this possible?

Hi, I've been 11 days straight without PMO and MO but in the 11 day I fapped without porn, in the 12 with porn and in the 13 with porn too.
But I'm facing symptoms like a flatline. In this 3 days I'm facing insomnia and depression. I wake up every night multiple times with alot of porn scenes rapidly flashing in my mind. This is because massive quantity of porn? Or my progress has not completed erased when I fapped?

Your progress was not completely erased when you fapped. It never is - even if it feels like it.

Your account is a bit  confusing to me, but it basically sounds like you broke your streak with porn at least one of those times.

Even if you went 5 days without P and you suddenly watched it, your body (brain) acts like it's meeting an old friend and gets you salivating at the possibility to rekindling this friendship

As you can see, however, you're left feeling even worse.

The reason I believe you're experiencing this ( and believe me - I have too)is because over time your brain heals and begins to get used to life without the drug, even though it still wants it. Dopamine is like any other drug and after a time you build up less of a tolerance for it and so when exposed to the drug (dopamine) it affects your harder. You simply had a bad hit of the drug. I dunno about you but for me this motivates me moreso to stay away from the drug for good.
