How long until morning wood?

Hi all,
My question is about the morning wood. I don't have this since a year at least or maybe more.
I am without porn for almost 4 months, also no masturbation.
I did had a girlfriend for 3 months or so and had sex a few times with help of some suplement, things went so so... but I guess not extremely bad.

So all together I would say that I am 4 months without PM.  I did experience maybe 2 or 3 times morning wood during the relationships, but at the begining. I am not sure, but do you think this has to do with the emotional state also? Because I feel really depressed often. I am struggling so much, I think I will manage without P and without M, now that my relationship is finish I am going to go hardmode no more ladies at all for the next 180 days and I will do it!.

My question is, when should I expect the morning wood to start comming  back? For me morning wood is the major factor of confidence I think if I recover this, my life will recover meaning. To be honest I care more about that than about having sex properly.

Please share your thoughts about when did it start coming back for you. Best of luck to everybody.

It is extremely difficult to say when a wild morning wood appears. :)
There are many factors involved in this. Some have it already a few days after they start rebooting, some don't have one for months (there are also "healthy" people who lack frequent morning woods). I don't think it doesn't say much about the progress of recovery so I can only advise you not to put much meaning into it. The more important factor can be, IF you get an erection when getting into "close combat" with your SO, WHEN you get one and HOW LONG the erection lasts. I think this is a bit more significant than just having morning woods (as you surely know: you can also have morning woods because you have to pee but you could also have had a morning wood just before you woke up so that you just didn't realize it).

I know all the reasons you want answers regarding morning wood, but you have to change your mindset.  You can go through these forums and others... You'll find so many different scenarios regarding when morning wood started.  Two people with identical situations can be months apart.  Point is, it's truly not an indicator of recovery (at least not a good one).  It will come... Give it time!
