I just wanted to post up my journal/acknowledgement for help

Today, I seem to just want to watch porn. It?s driving me mad this morning. Nothing seems to help, so I coming here. I?m on day 78 in my streak right now, and I don?t want to waste anything more.

Keep up the good fight, and congrats on being almost 80 days free from porn.  You can beat those urges.  Remember, no matter how intense the urges get, they will eventually pass and when they pass you'll feel good about yourself.  One thing I have found that works when those urges really hit is praying intensely.  When you see the porn pictures in your head of women you looked at in the past, begin to pray for those women, pray for their souls and pray that they be released from the clutches of porn.  It takes the temptation and turns it into something positive and I find the temptation then leaves pretty quickly. 

You are doing great, keep up the fight!  I am praying for you....
