Hi,

Before I start my story I would like to thank reboot nation and Gabe, you guys saved my life!

I am a 27 year old guy, two days ago I recovered pied, now I feel really good and confident than ever before in my whole life.

I start watching porn when I was 14, it was not high speed internet porn but that time I watch it from DVDs. When I was 18 years old I start watching porn over high speed internet. I was so addicted that I was watching it everyday. Like everyone here I started with softcore in the end I was watching some hardcore transgender porn, that?s not even my sexual preference.

Last December I went out with a girl and we have good time and at night we went to her apartment to have sex but I didn?t get any erection at all, it was a horrible experience for me I didn?t know what happened in fact I didn?t know anything about ed at that time (I didn?t know ed exists!). She thought it was her problem but somehow in my mind I knew there was something wrong with me anyway the next morning I went to the doctor and talk about this thing in the end he told me its performance anxiety, it?s all in my head nothing else because I am a healthy person and go to gym regularly, play sports, mountain bike etc. So it wasn?t related to my health also I knew that it?s obviously not performance anxiety. I was totally confused I didn?t know what to do next I became fully depressed I loose my all confidence, I didn?t want to hangout with anyone and I totally lost at that time.

Finally I decided to man up so I searched it on Google I educated about sex and relationship from experts but at the same time I was watching porn too. Anyway with the help of Google and Youtube some how I ended up watching Gabe?s channel and I realize that I had pied, I can relate so much stuff he was talking about, I have to say this it was complete reborn for me after watching that video. I searched more about pied and learn a lots of thing about it, how brain works, rewiring your brain etc.

The next thing I want to do myself at that point was reboot my self 100% so I quit porn and stop masturbating it was hell from there on I have low libido, flatline , I was like zombie at that time. First week was really hard then it?s getting better and better so during that time I decided to do more workout and going out with friends also I learn lot about sex and how to become better on that. I change my diet as well. After a month I noticed I was getting erections and sexual thoughts and few wet dreams, at that time I knew I was on the right track.

After 80 plus days of my journey last Saturday (3, 26, 2016), I had sex with a girl. Man it was fucking amazing!!!!!!!

It is the best sex and orgasm in my life, I never felt this kind of erection even when I was a teenager, it?s better than in my teenage years in fact I am so happy that I party all night long on Saturday. Now my confident level is so high that I know I can improve a lot from now on.

Now I just want to share my experience to everyone here. pied is real but it?s reversible it?s affect your brain only also you have to be patient it will take time but trust me it?s all worth it. You don?t have to watch porn guys anymore we all are here because of porn. We already watched porn enough for our lifetime there is nothing left to learn from porn.

Finally I have some Tips for you guys, during my reboot time I changed my diet .
My diet is based on testosterone boosting  I have a athletic body so I  don?t worry too much about fat, if you want to boost testosterone eat dairy product regularly. Also start cook yourself if you can, include garlic in everyday food as well as ginger it will help to get back your erection  also I am taking some natural testosterone supplements these days. My final tip is about breathe, everyone should start breathing from now on it really help your entire health. I will put couple of links below about breathing and testosterone.

Note: I wrote ed, pied in small letters because I don?t want anyone here to think its not reversible.

Your achievement is great, hope you spend your erections properly this time :p Please when you find spare time tell us more about:1.flatline, how much did it last? 2.return/impovement morning wood,when did that happen 3.how did you finally found out your ED was healed?only by having successfull sex or did you notice other signs too?

Only for the first month (January 2016), I had flatline and I almost feel like zombie at that movement also during my reboot time I took advice from gabe, I force my self to go out, play sports, workout properly with supplements and help from bodybuilding.com. I always stays outside make my self busy, I only came to room for sleep.

On second month February I feel relaxed so I went out with some dates, it was a nice experience because at that time I wasn?t thinking about sex or erection.

Morning wood I still confused about that I don?t think I have strong morning wood like everyone talking about(last 10+min like that one). But I have morning erections and some nights I woke up at 4 and have an erections. I start noticing this in second month.

I start noticing erections in end of February and first week of march, I am getting random erections during day time and lots of sexual thoughts, horny but I control my self some how (I didn?t watch porn or masturbate during that time). I enjoy all that thoughts and feelings and relaxed. During those days I really keep myself busy stay out of my room spend more time with friends. Finally I have successfully sex with girl so that movement I knew I recover form pied.

Thank you for your story. One question: Are you saying that sex after reboot was better than the first times you experienced it in your teenage years? I think we're busting a myth here: the myth saying that sex gets worse and worse after your teenage years. Well I guess this false impression is caused by people's overindulgence in it (because most people overdo it, be it sex or even pmo, they obsess with it). What do you think?

This is day 32 for me. Hope it's all gonna go smooth and that i will never go back. I liked the way you put it. Yes... there is nothing left for us to see in porn. We've already seen everything.

This is super encouraging, I am on day 71, and my progress has followed a similar path. I will say the diet and exercise is huge (or at least it seems that way). I have been eating healthy and exercising, Garlic too! When I started consuming Garlic (about a month into my reboot) is when I started to notice more nocturnal erections, and even some morning wood. I still haven't had sex, but I think I am near to that possibility. I think I may also have a little Perf. Anxiety mixed in too due to this issue - because I am wondering if I will have an erection each time me and my partner get intimate - so I am thinking if I am able to relax more and communicate with her better - that will help improve my chances of recovery sooner too.  Thanks for sharing!

Yes, it is the best sex and orgasm in my whole life. I think this is because before my reboot whenever I had sex I was thinking about some porn in my head. Recently I read an article about sex it says sex get better with age.

Congrats on your 70+ days, the diet and exercise mix with no masturbating is really helps in my case. Also I highly recommend proper breathing its really help to relax. I don?t do yoga but I think it will accelerate reboot process. So anyone have experience with yoga please share your thoughts.

Congratulations sir! I hope you have better better experiences. The videos are great,  I've watched 3 times, it sounds fantastic, if you don't panic in some situations.. but I couldn't understand how can we regulate our breath? Do you know anything practice for this? For example, 5 minutes inhale/exhale exercise everyday or like this. Do you recommend any web page?
