I'm 22 and have noticed, for the last two years, I'm having increased difficulty keeping it up when pausing to put a condom on or when I go down on women I'm with unless I'm continuously stimulated. It's happened with about four out of six sexual partners I've had in the last two years and most haven't had bad technique and I find them all attractive so it must be me.
I wouldn't say I'm really a porn addict. I masturbate, on average, 1-2 times daily and only use porn maybe once or twice a month. Usually favouring fantasies, memories, private conversations or nudes I've been sent.
Can anyone relate to this? I'm thinking I maybe just need to take a break from masturbating for a while. My doctor prescribed me a bit of viagra to get my confidence back which obviously worked but I can't be relying on that.
