I start this thread, because i have some notes(about porn,life etc..) with which I want to share. Feel free to post your notes here.
I know that you know this but repetition is the mother of wisdom.
Negative effect from watching porn:
- brainfog
- weak prefrontal cortex (check YBOP)
- headache
- obsessive thoughts ( about P, cause tension or anxiety)
- worse memory (short-long)
- damaged skin
- visual disturbances
- burning eyes
- you are walking zombie
- bluntness
- stupidity
- lethargy
- muscle loss
- fat gain
- weak body
- anxiety
- loss of memory
- social anxiety
- often peeing ( no coffee men if you had this problem !)
- constipation
- depression
PLUS
- bad lifesstyle ( our addiction is connected with our lifestyle)
Reboot
- study articles on YBOP
- no artificial sexual stimulation
- no fap
- completely change life style
Why ? Because this addcition destroy our lifes. We are like zombies without brains. We dont live anymore. We dont have friends, only dark room and pc. We must stop this nonsense !
Identification of errors(mistakes)
- underestimating the seriousness of the situation
- running away from pain ( when i must do something)
- big fight with problems not solving them
- remaining in the bad thinking, habits, way...
- blaming others for your mistakes
- procrastination
- many speeches weak deeds
- dont think or think to little
- iam lazy
- i dont have hobbies
What must be done
- exercise ( 6x/week or 4x/week)
- read more ( articles, books, science books, blogs, etc...)
- cut off TV ( garbage)
- be less on PC or spend little time on the internet ( 1-2 hour per day)
- study more ( i want to be a teacher)
- go out to the nature more
- eat properly 6x per day
- be friend
- be good on self
- take selfcontrol and be king to myself
- do tasks on time

Illusions, urges, physical suffering, misleading argument, confusion, misleading ideas, anxiety, depression, brainfog, strong pressure
