Ok i realized how monstrously big my previous post was and how nobody would've wanted to read that, so here's a shorter version with my questions:
Hi everyone,im 25 years old, with a girlfriend and i have a "light" porn induced ED problem and currently just started rebooting a few days ago (no masturbation), but i havent watched porn in 3 months.
Just a couple of questions:
1.- From the moment i started dating i havent been able to get an erection without a lot "help" form her (a lot of stimulation) and i have been "forcing" sex with her, i think i should stop doing that NOW, but, if i get a natural, easy erection without her help should i go for it? I mean, vitamin B3 is essential for your body, among other uses is necessary for synthetizing sexual hormones, so if you depleted this vitamin and the hormones it produces by masturbating, it makes sense that you can get your erections back once you get the levels of that vitamin back to normal? thoughts on that? experiences?
