Hi queerhh, welcome !

You've already reached  300 days without PMO in the past, so you know you can do it.
Writing here has helped me a lot until now, I'm sure it will benefit you as well.

Don't forget to (among other things) :
- set goals to be motivated
- Don't just try to stop PMOing, try to distract your head from the thought of PMO as much as possible
- Write here when you're going through rough times, and when you're proud of yourself

Good luck ! ;)

Now my longest streak without porn blockers 23 days (I stopped to use any blockers, because it's to easy for me to remove them, even when I gave to password to someone other)
Since I track my porn free days with coach.me, I have reached over 300 day, but I relapse often.
The reasons for me relapses are most of the time that I'm feeling anxious or I'm too stressed out. Behind this is often the thinking: "I'm not good enough, I have to be better or do more, to be good enough." But the result of this think is that it's getting worser instead of better, because if I relapse with porn it prevents my growth to really get better.

Did you analyse the situations before relapsing? Are there any triggers like browsing Facebook/other social media or circumstances where your cravings get worse? Getting porn out of your life means changing your life and it's important to start replacing dangerous habits/situations by healthy ones. Avoiding porn substitutes and any fantasies about it are essential too.

Despite your ability to avoid porn blockers you should stick to them. Deactivating images at your browser might be a little help too. It's not preventing you from porn, but it will give you the advantage of a few more seconds to interfere before relapsing.

Hey man, I see you completed your 7 days goal, congratulations !

It's been quiet a long time, I hope everything's alright.
How are you doing on the rest of your journey ?

Is this a relapse or not?

I can't concentrate and I want to cry.
hm, this could be clue that this wasn't a relapse, because this craving is still so strong.

Hey man, I wouldn't qualify this as a relapse, but you shouldn't do that again IMO. This is playing with fire as you say, and we know it never leads to anything good.

As for the last 2 lines of the above quote : this is one of those crucial steps of our journey, when the urges are strong. This is also one of those opportunity to prove your addictive brain that you are strong, that the rational part of your brain is gonna kick your addiction's ass.

Stay strong, you're almost 2 weeks PMO free, and after 1 night of sleep, it's gonna be smoother again.

I've relapsed many times. Each mistake is one to learn by. We're in this together. Good luck in your journey and good job on your awesome English! I'm trying to learn Spanish and it is freaking hard to really learn another language when you're not around native speakers.

well , i would never recommend someone to masturbate instead of watching porn.
but in your case, things are out of control too much.
you are wasting money on porn.

I would recommend to practice masturbation to orgasm.
don't use porn

so that you can do something else.
but best thing is that you avoid all three PMO.

I wish you success friend.
I can only advise things that come in my mind.

Hi queerhh,

You've made it to almost 8 days man, that's great, more than 50% of your goal ! Next week end, you'll reach your 2 weeks goal, stay strong until then  ! :)
