Why can't I stay hard after pulling out to change position?

Hello, so i have a girlfriend and our sex life has been... well suffering. Whenever I pull out of her to change position, I lose my erection. However, when I'm inside, maintaining an erection is very easy! Therefore, we literally have to stay in the same position so i can keep going.  Getting one is no problem as well. I was advised to come here to look for some answers. Is this a symptom of PIED? And if so, is it quite a minor PIED that can be fixed in a shorter span of time?

Oh and I forgot to mention, whenever I lay next to her, spoon her and whatnot, i'd get an erection that would stay for decades but its just changing positions that causes me to lose it.. why does this happen?

Propably its porn related.
Go Hard mode (no porn (forever) no masturbation and no orgasm) fora at least 3 months
(i suggest karezza..Sex without orgasm)
No selftouching.(only your GF will touch your penis)
and propably things will improve.
