I wouldn't agree with his thoughts regarding "luck". Of course it's you making the choice not to watch porn. But: You also have to be lucky not to stumble on some triggers (which can be everywhere in this world).

There are 100% in this world. 50% can be controlled by you. That means, you can work towards a goal, e.g. not watching porn. Do your best. In this half again, you have to give 100%. The other 50% of the world cannot be controlled by you. They are just happening. This can be called luck, destiny or whatever. You can only adapt to them, not change them.

It is an interesting video.
I think he was trying to give us the proper use of words like relapse.
He made a good point about the river.
Because relapse means that you were improving but then made
a turn for the worse. So I get his point and it is valid.
It's supposed to be called a lapse.
Like a lapse in judgment.
