I've being posting time after time on my progress just to share my thoughts exchange experiences and also get advice.
I already passed the 90 days milestone, in my previous update, my main concern was not having morning wood and also my libido.
This 2 are still the things that worry me the most but I want to share some of the things I've being experiencing lately between days 90 to day 121(today):
- I notice my self a bit more anxiety and impatiens. But maybe this is not a bad sign. I started having some sporadic cravings for porn and masturbating, but I have them under control with no problem. I actually managed to develop quite a strong will to avoid falling again(knock on wood). I see this cravings, maybe a sign that I am not in such a deep flatline as I used to be?
- Not always, but in the morning and sometimes in the evenings I can get an erection of maybe 50% to 60% by thinking. I don't know what you think, but this is maybe sign of a bit of libido. I am still in depression but fighting my way out of it.
- I think I had morning wood maybe 1 or 2 times in the last 30 days but I am not quite sure if this was fully natural or by fantasizing a bit at the time I woke up.
- I never had or remember having a wet dream in my whole life.
- My social life is ok, but I get very anxious and a bit impatience now when it comes to women. I think I am a bit more worried than I used to be. I was thinking in trying to slowly I could find a friend, not for a serious relationship, but for trying to have sex and see If I can start wiring correctly some of the connections I managed to unwired correctly. Unfortunately at the moment I don't know anybody.
So this are my updates on current situation. I would be more than happy, if you have any tip for me.
Additionally I want to mention, that I am trying to see if there is something apart from this abstinence that could help me at this point.
What about Kegel exercises, should I start doing them? Have you tried?
I am also curious about, the Jelq exercises, you think they are beneficial? At one point I think I would like to try then to see if they can help me recover a bit of size(years ago I used to have close to 8' but now because of all this my max is at around 6.5 aprox). This exercises are for me not a priority now, I heard they can induce relapse but also I want to see if I see my morning wood back consistently, I am just curious, what are your experience with them.
