Day 103 p and 0 mo. one thing you learn is humility with reboot. As soon you think you can handle it.. its like magic words.. And there you go. But when i am here i will look this sober life further. Keep going!

Day 105 and 1. I have recognise moments which are hard for my reboot, i have planned how to do things different, i still do too much with old ways.. i have to change that much my habits that its easier to live without masturbation, not to be alone if its possible and to get better stress relief ways. Want to get more effective next hundred days!!!

Day 106 and 2. I have made so many plans and goals how to live and what to do. Plan without action is a dream. This next hundred days i will make those plans real, just to live little more towards my goals every day, just 0,03% or something every day.. i do anyway some stupid stuff but if concentrate to do more good things average must go on positive direction.. stay brave and hopeful! We will win this shit.

Keep going and stay with your goals, I think that is a good way to feel accomplished.

Day 108 and 4. Little tired for reboot and work and still little in flu. That not good for reboot, need to fight way back to higher motivation.

Day 109 and 0. I am tired and frustrated with myself. Need to fight against these ghosts. Need to have daily routines which leads to other results than the old ones which leads to disaster. Day by day, weird thing is that i had expectations that life would start to be easier after a hundred days. it was the other way around, the scum came up and tried to take over.

Day 111 and 1. I have had hard reboot week. I have all the elements for better life and i will do it. Yes @GBS it is somekind of fantasy world where i dropped when reality is too scaring or boring. I have founded good elements to get better. Wim hof breathing practises and 2minutes icecold shower are great. I will also do some sport daily and somekind of meditation and pray. Just to be in peace a moment.

Day 112 &2. My words, thoughts, response, selfawareness and how i treat others are in my control. My past, my future, results, other people opinions and what other people think of me are out of my control. Some insta stuff just seen and thinking is it so?

113 and 3. 25min slots of working with pomodoro technicue. Concentrate at moment, no past, no future, this moment. Somethink to do now, somebody/something to love and something to wait from the future > happiness.

114 and 4. Yesterday was good day. I am better now but just a step away from the old habits. This porn addiction is quite heavy sickness. I feel bad and weak.

Loving both those numbers Freebie. Keep the no MO one going. You will utterly astonished what it does to you….but, spoiler alert, getting to a big number takes a lot of nerve and courage. Time to test yourself.

Day 116 and 6. I listen yesterday some podcasts, here couple inportant things to go forward with this shit also. Maybe some points little too wide.. At least we have accountability here.

1. Faith and conviction ( you have to believe in better future at least little).
2. Sacrifice (free up resources, declaration of war against personal poverty (poverty of reason, spirit, everything), give up something so that you can focus on what is important to you)
3. A big goal that changes everything when realized and meanings that become a reason for you to do whatever it takes to achieve it
4. learning and studying (success is remembering)
5. Work that replaces the unnecessary (focused, present, goal-oriented, doing things that don't ignore emotional costs)
6. Accountability (tracking)
