I am on day 19 and I just want to check if I am on the same page as you'all. I had days of zero anxiety around girls during my current reboot and yesterday suddenly I got this mild anxiety/awkwardness around girls. There were also the times where I was full confident around anyone.
Is this on...
Don't let the "super powers" own you. Don't be a NOFAP slave.
I realized this after my most recent relapses and decided to share this with YOU. I've been doing it WRONG all this time.
Every time I...
I watched a some P videos, yes, :/ i did, but only for a few mins...
I edged for hours!
After that I masturbated to pure sensation because the pain of blue balls was unbearable.
How far could this set me back? I should reset my counter right?
If I start a long distant relationship with a girl(used to be my classmate), is it harmful for my reboot?
I will be communicating with her through a screen ofcourse, but will this be me, just going back to the same place I was, (interacting with females through pixels - watching pornography)...
You notice that you have changed since day 0 of NoFap, you have become more confident and assertive.... But..
Do you feel uncomfortable because it is not normally who you used to be/who you are ? Have you ever gotten too attached to the better version of yourself? I think I have... :/ (maybe...
I just posted here if I should reset my course ter but I forgot to entire that I felt that I fapped during my wet dream and after I woke up I realised that I was actually fapping. Is this normal and it doesn't count as a relapse right? (not the wet dream, but the fapping)
I wont do this again but this is what I did last night.
I kept scrolling through NSFW subreddit on reddit for hours last night. Did not watch any video or anything. Did not touch myself, nothing like that. I also used one of my hands to cover all the thumbnails of the posts...
Does it count for searching for novelty(thereby searching for more and more exciting and funny posts). I want to quit all kinds of triggers at this stage and I like this like 9gag so I just wanted to hear a quick response from anybody with any thoughts about this
It's called "Fapstronaut Revolution" . Found the app on my phone a week ago. I think it is available for android and IOS. It has really helped me going! That along with the desktop PMO tracker are MUST have applications if you are rebooting.
You are Welcome.
It was the best movie and my favourite ice cream both together. I felt the dopamine spike it in my brain. Felt good. Felt it a few times through out the movie.. I kindda had the brain fog afterwards but now I feel the brain fog dying slowly..
How could this have affected my reboot? Did it slow...
It's seriously time to quit P for good.
I came across this youtuber who is 'rebooting' and making videos about his progress. Then through his videos, I stumbled upon this article about a very recent study finding a correlation between watching P and losing...

I mean, if reboot if about lowering the dopamine levels in your brain, should I stop other activities that increase the dopamine level of my brain like listening to music ... e.t.c
Or is it all about HOW you get that dopamine high.. ?
This question might sound absurd, but I am really...
Here's the link. http://pmo-tracker.appspot.com/about/labs
You gotta have chrome installed as ur web browser.
Thanks to CrazyGopher for sharing this with me.
Good luck 8)
So I have been going 11 days straight no PMO and today I searched for P on the web and might have seen a few P pics and text...
But did not watch anything. Did not PMO either
Does this count as a relapse?
I was just wondering if I have to go through the pain even after the reboot or if it's okay to get back to Ming at a normal basis (maybe like twice a week or so) ... (no fantasies, just sensation)
If twice a week is too much, what would be regarded as healthy?
Or maybe after months of no pmo I...
I'm 17 and have been a P user for 4 years. I have no ED and I can get hard to sensation (tried it by Ming just to sensation and it worked!), but I kind of do have objectifying feelings towards females.
Will a reboot help me get rid of negative sexual thoughts?
