So, as we should all know, like exercise, meditation also helps reverse porn induced hypofrontality. But how should we actually do it? There are multiple videos with instructions but to my understanding, it's just lying on a bed and focusing on each part of the body until all discomfort is gone - after focusing on breathing. I don't see how this alone helps reverse porn induced hypofrontality- Surely I'm not understanding something/ doing something wrong. I'm sure many people are uneducated in meditation, far more than exercise. Please help start a discussion/ sharing knowledge board to help aspiring Meditators.
