A calm and good day, no particular problems.

2) Coming back home after hanging out with friends

Everything ok, had some thoughts about P but I managed everything well and I'm really happy because of it.

Everything ok, I am very happy that I am choosing every time the right path. This motivates me to do that again and again.

A good productive day, everything is ok.

1) Being home alone.

2) Taking a shower.

3) Preparing to go out with friends.

All cues managed well.

What is your max days of no-PMO?

A busy day. Everything ok. I am in hard mode since day 1 but it's not voluntary, it's because of external situations  ;D

Hi Dico, glad to see you here in my jorunal. Although I am in hard mode for the first time (as I wrote before it's not voluntary and it won't last because not having PIED I prefer soft mode) it seems like I don't experience it anymore, it's only a thought that comes and goes quickly.

My max days of no P (but with MO using fantasies about real women I know) is 38 days.

I reached a three weeks free record but I relapsed many other times during those weeks.

But I won't give up.

Today, again.

It's still 21 days! That's ~20 less PMO's than you probably used to :)

Go for 28 days now and then make a new goal!
1 session in 21 days, it could be worse.

During those days I worked a lot. I also noticed an increasing in libido, I just desire to have sex with women I meet.

Yes, maybe seeing the glass half full may be helpful.
I used to PMO quite everyday, so it's for sure a progress.
