Another busy day, it seems as being busy is the only thing that minimize the chances of relapsing to PMO!!
Day 13, it feels better. Hope to really stay focused so that i can start feeling about myself with zero social anxiety.

I agree, staying busy is key. I have been slammed at work this week which has been a big help. I haven't had time to do much else, except check this forum periodically.

I'm only around day 7, and I feel like my libido is non-existent. We'll see how this weekend goes if I end up having sex with my wife.

Hey JasonGuitor
Day 7 is good progress buddy, keep moving forward.
What porn addiction has cost me is way too much, lost my fianc? because of it.
I hate PMO but i find myself jerking off to porn often.

Day 0,
Masturbated and ejaculated using my imagination 3 times in the last 48 hours.
Moving forward still, aiming for another 21 days of no masturbation.
Porn I'm done with it!

Kicking porn is a huge part of this, at least for me. From what I understand of this PIED phenomenon, the 'screen' and images on it are really a huge part of it. I believe men have M'd to their imaginations since the dawn of time, and probably still had healthy sex lives with their partners.

I think the difference for us is that it's a reboot/cold turkey situation, so to kind of reset your brain/body it has to be a break from ALL of it. I definitely think there will be times that I will M to my imagination at some point in the future, but PORN is the thing I'm truly kicking. I am just kicking ALL of it for now because I want to focus on real sex with my wife and getting things in that part of my life where I want them to be.

So, don't get discouraged. You're off the porn, which is big. And the statement "I'm done with it!" is a great one. It is exactly how I feel. I just have no desire to look at it anymore. And you are far less likely to relapse if you aren't looking at images that have no other purpose but to arouse people (men).

Thanks JasonGuitar, those images have cause ED so many times bro!
I thought I'm doomed for life but after rebooting for 6 months in 2016, I saw huge changes. I have a hard erection for 1 hour while having sex with my GF.
This reboot does make massive changes in our brains!
Let's keep encouraging each other guys!

Yeah the benefits are definitely there. I'm a little over 3 weeks in to this reboot (the longest I've ever gone with about at least M) and the sex I've had with my wife has been pretty incredible. No desire to go back to my old ways whatsoever.

Day2,
Been able to resist watching porn for a month now. I've been embarrassed so many times in bed because of this porn viewing. A virtual world I was leaving in, not know it's the culprit to my ED.
Now I'm fighting for control in masturbation, in time I will gain control.
The fight against old habits continues!!

Day 3,
Feel great, the days of being hard on myself have passed!!
Pushing optimism now. Md once Saturday, not regretting!
What I'm aiming is to gain control of my masturbation. As I said, porn is not my friend why should I keep letting it have so much control!
It's been a month and a couple of days since I've watched porn.

You have already come a long way if you have kicked porn for that long! I used to find myself looking at porn even if I wasn't 'in the mood' then I'd end up PMOing. So unhealthy. Porn really started messing with my head and I'm glad to be done with it.

It is all steps in the right direction. It sounds like you have kicked porn for a good amount of time, and I'm sure the urge to M will also be less and less as you continue on.

Hey JasonGuitar,
You are right. Porn totally ruins our heads. Destroyed my trust for women, always suspect she might be cheating on me. Blowing things out of proportion because the women we watch on this porn videos are so easy we I found myself generalizing.

It seems as if the more I login to this side the higher the chance of my rebooting being successful.

I decided to go back to University and finish my last 2 modules for my degree! Even though I relapsed many times this year I see major improvements in my Information recall. I'm optimistic that by July I will be having my degree. Probably a better job will come then!

Rebooting does work wonders in our brains even if we do it for short periods like a week to a month. We need not stress ourselves if we relapse, Is not how many times we fall but how many times we rise after the humiliations.

Let the fight continue!!

Temptation to watch a little porn comes! I hate the feeling of emptiness that comes after watching It. So I refuse to entertain it.
