COLD SHOWER CHALLENGE COMPLETE.

Haven't posted in a while, just been very busy with work. But I have completed the cold shower challenge. I also intend on taking cold showers from now on and see how far I can get.

I feel like temptations get stronger towards major milestones. Like the closer it gets to the 17th of any particular month temptations become stronger and becomes quite difficult to control. I am not sure why this is?

Last night I ended up watching some playboy videos on Youtube and ejaculated. No porn or masturbation but, does this mean I have to reset now. I think I just got complacent and very arrogant. I finished of my internship and I think it was just a way of releasing all the stress from it.

Any response is appreciated.

I actually relapsed after my internship which motivated me quite a bit. But how to deal with relapses? I just had another one today. I feel like just sinking deeper into the pit with not light.

In my case, a relapse feels very brutal. I feel crushed, very depressed, depleted of dopamine, wanting more "high". Many times I binged drinking that day after binging PMO because I felt so low. But you know, you could use this as a motivation. "I don't want to feel like this again." Maybe it sounds easier said than done, or "It's doesn't work that way" but really, make a conscious effort to remember how you feel when you relapse and wish not to feel like this again.
