Day 2 at nov 7
Completed day 1. Today I started my day from 5 am. Early morning walk can solve wet dream problems.

Feeling good that i am on way again.  Relapse can't stop me.
my goal is to complete day 1 first.
i take it as first step of rebooting:
step 1:
today i need to understand that pmo actually leading a problem in my life.
just i think that its impossible for me to nofap because i am relapsing frequently, but successful rebooters knows that its possible.
at this step 1 i need to take a strong decision to do reboot.
at this stage i must know about basics of rebooting and nature of urges.
from today i am going to write each and every thing that helping me in my reboot.

Day 2
Completed day 1 . At today morning I have urges. I am doing exercises, going to gym regularly. It is helping me.

One wet dream today. But it's a withdrawal. I think as with time the problem of wet dream can be solved.

Sometimes i get wet dreams... During the day.
And it is the hardest thing to resist, when my brain starts to go on sensual scenarios and i cant help but indulge in thoughts. Just indulging in thoughts ! It is horrible.

For me that is the real.monster i need to overcome.

I am fighting this problem .
Day 4
No urges at morning today.
Keeping myself busy all the time.
Always taking decisions by thinking about what the effect of this decision on my future.

I joined this forum three years back at 5 December.
I want to complete 28 days and celebrate my joining date this time.

Goal completed.
Now my goal is to achieve 10 days.
My goal is like following:
1st : to complete 7 days
2nd : to complete 10 days.
3rd : to complete 14 days.
4th : to complete 21 days
5th : to complete 28 days
