I am frustrated.. Trying for 3 and half years now...!

Day 1 Today at 21 June
Today relapsed after 20 days.

Trying to do reboot from 16 December 2016.
My best streak is of 49 days. At 16 December 2016 I know all bad effects of porn, but i continued with porn.

Now my addiction is on peak. I need some help of you brothers.
Please support me to rise again and do it now.
Please support me to end this 4 years of battle against porn.
Please support me to it this time.

You are not the only one who struggles for years after knowing the bad effects of porn. My case is exactly the same. I faced this month the strongest urges ever. It is like i can t get out of it. But this desparation comes from the fact that we broke too many promises on ourselves. Let s do it right this time!

Just wanting to wish you all the best of luck with this new start. Since you're battling for four years already I doubt I can give you some advice since I'm here only 1,5 month. Just hoping for the best for you!

Don't lose the hope. It's when you lose the hope and give up that you can't win. The "secret" is to never give up. You got to 49 days, you know you can repeat it. Your longest streak is longer than my longest. My best is 42 days.

Hey man you made it to 49, my best was streak was 15 days since 2016. You have more than me brother. Stay strong, this is a problem for all of us. Curious what are some of your goals of yours in the process of your recovery?

Keep identifying triggers and stopping them in their tracks. Dont fall into the trap of feeling sorry for youself and thinking youre a piece of shit, that just makes the addiction take hold more and youll start making excuses to PMO again.
Try to make it to three days first, the go from there!

You are right. So today is day 1 for me.
And i am going to first focus on completion of 3 days after it 7 days and then 10 days. And I will post my next status at day 11.

49 Days is great man.

We must replace these urges and transmute our creative energy with purpose.

The only way to avoid this in my opinion is to replace with positive habits that will give you good emotions (working out with, socialization even if it's virtually, we all know it's tough to meet new people now in person, journaling meditation, calm music and HZ sounds, reaching out to old friends.) This will refocus your energy. For me this has been the only way to make it work.

This is what I have been doing man:
if you are online on the computer; spend time here on this form more than scrolling on social media, etc.

All this is easier said than done, but obviously possible since we have this great community of people who care.

yeah good idea. focus on small, attainable goals to begin with. acheiving those will give you a sense of completion which can be great in your fight. after ten days try to double that to 20"
