Don't worry brother, just keep going and be cautious for the next several days. The chaser effect is real and you'll probably be hit with more temptations in the coming days after an MO. But keep up the streak and find recovery!

Hey laneboy, you're doing great. I want to say that social media is not easy to really cut off totally... It's just part of our lives now. We can try to do more mindful browsing and cut off those networks that don't add anything to out lives and just waste time. Also those that are maybe trigger us too much.

I think in the case of the latter it comes down to the people we follow. If you follow the right people more, you'd see less triggering stuff. And you'd still be able to connect and do the more important stuff online.

I feel what you feel. I've been there too.  Just going through profiles and see new faces, that novelty makes my mind race to old habits to see something nude and a little bit erotic which later spirals out of control.

Day 75|13|6
After a bit of time thinking I understood a reality: for me dating apps are just as bad as porn.
After beginning using them my morning wood stopped, and it was quite consistent before.
I deleted the apps.

Hey laneboy, it's great that you're noticing patterns and triggers! Eventually after identifying them and cutting them out it'll make achieving your goals easier. I recommend this app called "Victory App" that's free. It's a tracker that has a journal on it. It keeps track of how you're doing, what triggers you've encountered, and what led to relapses so you can more easily recognize its source. You're doing a great job, keep it up! We're watching and here to support you.

Thank you Chris!
Yes, but I rearranged the counter (again) ahah...
I feel like cheating a bit, but I did that because I felt like it could be better for my journey. It?s kind of an ?experiment?.

Hey lane

Amazing recovery story so far. You're demolishing the beast that is p. But remain vigilant and don't let your guard down; if it tries to crawl its way back up be ready to thwart it immediately. Rooting for you!

Thank you! Advice is always good 😌

Everything is as usual. I discovered that not using my phone before sleeping is a really good habit that helps me against the urges to MO or also PMO.
I am little by little changing my relationship with my smartphone and that is really a good thing.

Yeah I agree with you. Recently I started keeping my phone far away from reach when I sleep. It has helped a lot. The relationship we have with our gadgets really play a really big role in recovery.

You're doing great laneboy. Keep at it.

Thank you!
Today was fine, I did not think about P at all, no urges, and it was a relief.
I was not like buisy, i was relaxing. I?m happy i did not think about P because of this: its easier not to think about it if working.

It's alright, it happens. The more important thing is you kept away from porn. Orgasms aren't evil lol, they are human. Just don't do it too often so you don't get overwhelmed and fall back to porn where the root of most problems are.
