did you look into the PAA group?  and how are things with you don't be discouraged there is a light at the end of the tunnel

Hey Hgdo, it has been a busy month for me, I just moved to Netherlands for work, I didn?t come back here for a while because I relapsed after my last post, but I did not relapse since then, today is my day 14.
Every time I relapsed I kind of don?t want to come back here not only because I felt sooo depressed about myself but also, I felt like letting you down as well. I just want to tell you somehow, I?m still fighting not giving up, clean for 13 days is already a record for me during this one year time.
I?m really happy to see that you are still doing well, I relapsed three times and you still clean, keep going bro.
And I want to share a good news with you about myself, I struggled for quite awhile, and finally I told my dad about this porn issue. My relationship with my dad is actually not so well but he still supported me on this spot, and I decide to use covenant eye as well. It?s only 13 days but still a hard journey for me, I?ll come back more often, and I?m really happy to see we have a new friend here.

That?s great news, 13 days that awesome man, don?t worry about when you relapses just get up shake it off and start again, I am here to help you. Yes I am still clean 31 days now so I am super happy.  Oh congratulations on the new job, must be a big move for you, you will do great.  Don?t stop coming here and sharing how you feel, I get a notice as soon as you post so I can answer right away, now you are probably 5 maybe 6 hours ahead of me so keep that in mind.  Stay strong we will win the fight together and with Gods help

Hey Santa, thanks for the response, I didn?t expect I would really get a reply here, I?ll also try Covenant eye as you said, BlockerX also needs be paid for subscription, to be honest there are many bugs in the software but it is still a good one to block porn in general, bro hope your reboot work out fine, take care

I also use Covenant Eyes, and it has helped me a lot. Also (this is just my opinion), I would recommend finding an accountability partner who is close to you and knows you personally. It makes it more worthwhile because you don't want to let that person down; there is a greater incentive to do well. Although we are all comrades battling together here on Reboot Nation, we are still strangers, and so I think there is less motivation or a feeling of shame or frustration if you have a stranger as a partner. I also had to tell my dad my problem because I was sneaking on his computer. I just told him I have a problem with pornography and asked if he could change the password to his computer, and he was very supportive. Most people would like to help. Good luck!

Hi Mike, thanks for your support, you are right. I relapsed 2 weeks ago and it took me two weeks to decide to tell my dad about the porn issue. I?ll just use Convenant eye too. Good luck to you too bro, take care.

How you doing these days? I can't believe I have already on my day 30! It get easier as time goes by, but I can still feel I could relaps if I don't take care. I cannot access to the web address you posted, strange, nor can I have access to the results of PAA on google, did PAA transfer its address?

Today is my day 43, can't imagine that I do this far, have been a porn addicter for more than 10 years, the highest record I had was 60 days, I'm getting close to that, it would be very interesting to break that 10-years-record, will have a feeling of finding my younger age back....

I was very close to relapse today, it was really a struggle.. I'm now exhausted.. just realized that, the reason why I can get this far is because I told my dad about my porn addiction and made him my accountable partner on Covenant Eye, though he hasn't verified his account yet... I'm already grateful he would listen to me. I guess I should really be more serious about this, as I am already using the strongest 'antibiotic' I got, if I failed this time, it would be a big regress, only thinking about that makes me depressed, thank god I didn't relapse today... so close. It's impossible to make my brain guard itself, will go to definitly check PAA group tomorrow..

Hey man I am so happy you are at 40+ days that is awesome, did you join the PAA group?  I am glad you got your dad helping you out that is awesome.  I am here with 63 days and going strong.

i haven't used BlockerX but porn blockers are generally good. i'm also planning to reduce the amount of data/bandwidth i buy, since  i don't work now i don''t really need data that much.
