Hey nation,
Just wanted to throw this out there as I'm interested if anyone else has done damage to their penis from excessive death gripping/PMO'ing over the years.
Now when i say damage I'm not talking about peyronie's disease, or bending / breaking or causing any structural damage to your member - feel free to post if you have though to share your story.
Basically for me I never used lube (rarely anyway) and I'd death grip - so it's only soft, surface tissue damage. I'm using a lotion product Man 1 Man oil, and it's already starting to heal up pretty good on day 27. I never bled, or caused bruises or anything like that...it's more of a slow process where I've caused kind of callouses on a few small spots.
I'd be lying if I was to say I'm not worried it might be permanent, after all I'm 35 and I've be doing the same thing daily basically for 20 years - but hopeful as well because the penile tissue is like the rest of our skin, if you death gripped your index finger for 7 hours daily and vigorously moved up and down, it'd do the same thing. It's possible some scar tissue might be left and I'm ok with that.
Anyway keen to hear if anyone else has experienced this or recovered from it.
