I'm losing again and again even after 5-6 months of poorness life! dunno what should I do

I need help. I removed porn for even 6 months of my life, but there is a problem, it's said you have to untie your brain from porn and artificial people on the display but then tie it to real people, my problem is because of my life situation and mostly because of my mental complexities, social anxiety and fear of finding girl friend that caused me to be alone, porn draws me again and again to old mess!

please help me..
