Don't let this latest lapse go to waste. Figure out what went wrong. What was your emotional state? Were you thinking a certain way before the fall? Were you being loose or compromising with places you should avoid?
Figure it out, and think about how to handle the same situation next time without lapsing.

What led to the relapse this time? Try to learn something from each relapse and put a new measure in place to stop it happening again.
