Guys I am having a bad time because I am a little bit depressed because I am scary that I lost my attraction to woman it look like that I lost. Se a beautiful girl and don't fell anything hurts me. pain comes from my soul. Scary makes my hocd worse..... I don't want to suicide butt I thought of bad time.

Hey man, that attraction to women should come back, as long as you abstain from porn! For me it came back after like two weeks, but it is possible that it takes longer for you. Don't give up, just stay clean of porn and try to find something to do, new hobbies, sport etc.

The best time for change is when you hit rock bottom. When I wasn’t able to get an erection with my wife due to the countless hours of PMO it was my bottom. I’m committed to the reboot process and is now 138 days of no PMO. I feel like my wife and I are reconnecting even though I’m not fully recovered. There are going to be high and low points during this process but the end justify the means. Start a countdown to track your progress, workout, read, etc. Your not alone with the depressed or scary feelings. Its naturally to feel depressed when attraction towards humans is being offset by porn. Stick with the reboot process and everything will fall into place with time.
