Day 35 - very convincing MW and getting my s*** together.
I woke up this morning with real morning wood. This is a solid sign of successful changes taking place and I'm glad to see it.
Yesterday I got the wind to spend a few hours listening to music and tidying my bedroom. I ended up taking EVERYTHING out except the furniture, dumping it all in the study nook just outside.
The next step I want to do today is to spend some time sorting it all into categories, and determining what I will throw away/donate/keep.

My weight has crept up to 78.4kg...it was hovering around 76 in the weeks leading up to Christmas, so I've definitely put on some chub with all the eating this week. My tummy is sticking out a lot more. Coach and I are planning to start cutting again on January 2nd, after the festivities have ended.
