after 65 days of no porn whatsoever I relapsed because I went to a state that I couldn't do or think about anything except porn I did not realize that I am on a 65-day streak until I relapsed, and I am now trying to get my streak back after countless relapses in the last 15 days
GUYS IS THERE ANY MEDICINE I CAN TAKE THAT WILL HELP ME IN THIS BATTLE
DOES XANAX WORKS IN SUCH SITUATIONS ???
if you read this thread let me a motivational answer, at least, but if you do know something that will affect my situation positively (medication) you should answer

I do not think that any medicines helps. Because I take a medicine too. I think you will win this battle if you try to focus you on something else like a hobby or something.
For myself : I do not know what it triggers yet.

Your problem is that you are obviously lazy guy(as many of us here on forum were) with a lot of spare time.Instead of filling up your spare time with productive activities you watch yt videos, watch films, play video games and kill boredom by fantasizing about porn scenes and then eventually watching those and fapping to them.No medication can solve that problem! It's not as easy as that, you need to change your habits immediately or you will be stuck in vicious relapse cycle forever.

Yes, that's exactly who I was before my reboot =D
He is right man, there is no magic pill helping you. You need to build a healthy life were porn has no place in. Find new hobbies, stop wasting time with social media, YT, videogames etc. Do Sport, do cold showers, build up willpower and discipline. That's the way to go.

As long as you don’t go back down the rabbit hole than its more a slip than relapse. Listen to Dr. Trish on porn addiction. She mentioned relapse is when you go backwards and lose all the progress you did by PMO on a regular basis. One time incident than its a slip that you can learn from and understanding the reason why you PMO to prevent reoccurrence. Idle time should be replaced with productive things like working out, reading, hobbies, etc.
