Back to the injury:
Here is the thing. It was way easier for me to do what I wanted to do 10 weeks ago. However... 10 weeks later I really wish that I had been smart, not stupid 10 weeks ago.
9 weeks ago it would have been smart for me to find rehab exercises online. I could have really strengthened my shoulder by now. But I was toooooo busy. It is still weak right now. It hurts right now. 9 weeks later I really wish that I had been smart, not stupid 9 weeks ago.
Finally, 3 weeks ago I started rehab exercises. Better late than never.
But hey. I am not an idiot. I did start my exercises and I do them fanatically now every day. The problem is being worked on and it will be solved.
Back to habits:
If you don't have the two habits from paragraph two it would be smart to acquire them now so that in 10 weeks you will be on your way. If you have these habits, dig until you find a new habit today to help you quit.
Conclusion:
I am really glad I started rehab 3 weeks ago. Now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
