Day 22
Today I'm back to 20 lbs down since December. I have been teetering for a bit, and went up a bit in weight since my last vacation in February, but I've gotten back on track and hit the 20 lb lost mark again this morning. I started intermittent fasting in December, cut down on drinking alcohol significantly, and have been more active lately. While I briefly touched this number about 5 weeks back, I can actually see it in my body and face now, and feel like this isn't just the scale being in my favor today

My next goal is to drop 2 more pounds on the scale so I'm at a good round number, and stay there or lower for at least a week so I know it's consistent, but ultimately I'd like to lose right around 10 more to be happy, so that's my longer term goal. According to most bmi calculators, I should be about 20 lbs less than I am now to get out of the "overweight" range, but I am tall and carry some decent leg muscle, so I think my current goal is sufficent.
It's a good day overall for me today. Work is going well, and the weather is great. Going to get outside again this afternoon for another good walk.
