Hi Chicken

This PMO beast is a real bastard and i suppose for some to relapse is part of the process.
I am glad to see your positive attitude though. To start of this by itself is good.
Taking it one day at a time is excellent.

Thanks for the encouragement Victory, If I look at the whole thing at once it seems too huge to overcome...but I can do just today, and then tomorrow I can leave for tomorrow.

Fixed my counter...K-9 internet filter was blocking access! LOL.  Still it hurt to see 50 days become 6

POSSIBILITY - It is possible for you to learn to control your anxiety and other feelings that lead you to using P or PMO as a gateway. You may want to check what others have been doing to avoid PMO and maybe you can consider getting a book called DON'T CALL IT LOVE, by Patrick Carnes;

LOL. Counter and web blockers can only take accountability so far - you're really the boss there.

Also good to see you have a sense of humor.  :)

I now have covenant eyes installed on my phone and computer.  K9 did a great job of blocking on my computer, and knowing that my GF could check my history was a big part of deterring my porn use.  Sadly it failed on my phone, so that is why I have switched and also the counter reset.

It has been a real fight for me these past few days.  I think that I am experiencing withdrawal which is not at all pleasant.

Hi chicken

Addiction to PMO is very real and a strong addiction. We formed this addiction over many decades. The pathways in ur brains are like super highways leading to PMO. Trying to build new pathways over this highways are not easy. Perseverance is key here! I can see that you are dedicated to it!

Had to come home from work last night because of a massive headache.  I have had these before in the early (5 to 7 days) of recovery, so I am pretty sure it is withdrawal related.  The kind of headache that makes you feel sick to your stomach and need to stay in bed.  Still holding on though and my head is a bit better this morning.
