Hey everyone! Season 2, Episode 1 of the YourBrainRebalanced Podcast is up and running! We'll call the temporary hiatus a new season. 
We're gunna get the ball rolling on more episodes here soon with the full cast plus guests, but today it was only Daniel and I. We talked a little bit about what we've been up to, then moved to questions that have been laying around for a long time.

Hey people! New podcast is live!
In this episode of the YBR show, Noah Church (Spangler) join Charlie (fugu) and Jack (Apeman) to have a brief discussion about his recent adventures and some other pornography addiction and PIED related subject. The episode was just about an hour long, but the conversation was great - Noah knows how to keep the conversation going. Oh, and Jack is back, and has been living the dream the last 6 months

Seriously though, good shows! Always something more to learn, these podcasts help refocus intentions behind the journey.
I have a discussion idea.. Usually us rebooters are concerned about performance and whether we will have PIED once we get in bed, but I rarely see anyone discussing how to realistically converse with women. As I'm sure porn convinced many of us that if you help a women fix her flat tire you can expect her to be taking your pants off 5 minutes later. Though many of us have atleast some experience with women it's not enough to over power the unrealistic torrent of porn fantasy from years of PMO. Discussing how to show you're interested without being overbearing and what type of feedback to realistically expect etc. would be a helpful topic. Not like pick up artist stuff but realistic conversing advice.

Hey OSS! What's happening? yeah I think that's a really good question. We can talk about it on the next show. I definitely know that, for me, I just don't think about it too much. I just try not to expecting anything out of any conversation or anybody, and that usually helps me reduce any pressure I have. If I truly feel like talking - cool! If not, no problem.

Hey everybody! The YBR show is looking for "callers" for the next episode - basically people who have time available next week to called upon during a show. The caller will ask a question and we'll answer it and chat a little bit about it. We're shooting for at least a couple of them. Let me know if you are interested!
I see what OSS is saying. Once I was giving a program to all high school guys, I was talking about consent to have sex. We were talking about how girls are dressed and that some guys assume that dress=sex. And then become crude with the girl. I suggested conversation and complimenting a girl and then getting to know them (at a minimum the girl's last name) before the "let's get naked" statement. Even possibly delay that and go on a date or two. They literally had no idea how to do and of the conversational things. We did some role plays. But that stuck with me.
The new episode is live! The episode included myself, Noah "Spangler" Church, and Daniel Simmons. We talked about healthy rebooting activities to include in a reboot. Daniel is a meditation pro, and he just got back from a meditation sabbatical a few days ago to lend us some insight. Hope ya'll enjoy!

Also it should be noted: We are looking for "callers" for a future episode. You would essentially just join our Skype call for a moment and ask/discuss a question you have. We'd a have a few callers on the show. Maybe 3?
