What is your next goal you're aiming for? Are you thinking one month at a time or something else? I know for me, 90 days was a big deal, but it was imperative after achieving that to set my sights on another goal, so as to keep my momentum going and moving constantly forward. I like to visualize that day and imagine how I will feel when I get there. How will it feel in your body to be 120 days clean? Can you visualize that? Can you feel the excitement in your heart just thinking about it? Can you hype yourself up just thinking about? This is a good exercise because if you do it often enough, you can almost trick your brain to thinking you've alreadly accomplished it.
It's kind of cheesy but if it works, why not??
