I strictly use touch and sensation alone! No imagination at all, I have a theory that imagining sex with a woman strengthens the porn wiring!
Ah gotcha. Yeah I think what I've heard on M with fantasy is that it can't be porn fantasy -- i.e. it needs to be with a woman you know in real life and in a regular real life setting (vs. some crazy scenario). But who knows

I'm a little late to that post you made right before day 90, but it's inspirational. I felt similar for a while when I first started quitting. I think I need to dial back my MO to regain those superpowers.

Thank you so much man! Sometimes it's good to speak from the heart, y'know? Especially since porn can make your heart and your emotions somewhat of a recluse. Gotta celebrate your humanity!

Also @SmokenMirrors , I know you mentioned you're way happier now. Couple questions if you wouldn't mind indulging for sake of posterity & for all the fellas looking up to you:

1) On a scale of 1-10 what was your happiness level (or contentment level) on Day 1 vs. Day 100?

2) Are you noticing what YBOP mentions in terms of taking more joy from stuff like good music, good food, etc?

3) Any other big improvements in your life? Vastly improving your mental health is HUUUGE, jw if there's anything else (i.e. talking to girls, being more social, being more productive, etc)

Day 1 - 1/10
Day 100 - 7/10
7 may seem low but you must understand it is a VAST improvement! I still have a small ways to go but I'm doing so much better! I have the zest for life back and I am enjoying things!

2) Good music definitely! I can feel it coursing through my veins and I enjoy the experience! I've always enjoyed good food tbf, I guess it changes for each individual?

3) The primary change is I am MUCH more motivated to pursue my career goals and finish my project cars (I'm a bit of a greasemonkey). I am even taking steps to start a business restoring and selling cars! I have a lot more resilience when talking to people, I used to be acutely self aware to the point that it was crippling and I tended to be quite agitated in normal conversation with friends, my baseline was defensive. Now though, I can talk with and banter with my friends as I know that it's all light hearted and not personal! I find that it is easier to talk to women for sure. It is easier to talk to everyone for that matter! Naturally I still have a ways to go, reboots are certainly marathons and not sprints, especially considering I have 11 years of PMO to unwind, but my life is so much better porn free!
