Congrats, keep it going!  I like your 1 million second mark, a nice little measuring stick for 11.5 days!

You mentioned going to a beginner weight training program, awesome, a great move to add the exercise!  Can I ask which program you use?  I need to start a program and if you like yours, it may be a good option for me!

Thanks for the link!  You're far ahead of me, a mere beginner with bad knees and repaired shoulder...  I need to be careful in choosing exercises and make sure I have good form with lightweight to avoid injury.  I should probably hire a trainer...

Good morning Discobolus

I million seconds eh  I like that coincept too  gives you  chance to use your brain for a bit of math(being something other than porn)
good on the weight trainging too  I have gotten back into it this past week also  I was into it a year ago and began to see some results  but got away from being over busy with many things in life  We have  rerouted our schedules around the house and I am again finding time to  devote to it  I''ll probably mark down some progress  on my journal as i go along

Bummer on the relapse  Its not the end of the world as long as you learned something in the process.  Get up  start again and dude  give me someone to converse with here.  There are so few people posting these days.  We need to keep the conversation  going and supposrt each other    Start again with a new sense of purpose applying what you learned on this round

Disc -

Reading about your journey has been really helpful for me - there are several similarities except you're younger, been rebooting longer, and are much more open with your wife about your struggles. I guess this might be a little overbearing, but it helps other people to read what you're going through and your thoughts about it. Thanks!

Congratulations for 41 days. Keep it up.

I put a list of what I've done to reach my goal of 90 days with no PMO (and still going). Feel free to check it out my post.

How has it been going lately-have you had to deal with any covid-19 cases yet?  Take care, and hope you can stay extra alert at work.
