hey man that's awesome. I had to do the same thing with my phone because I would be innocently using social media and next thing you know an image that triggered me pops up and the rest is history. I switched to a "dumb phone" a year and a half ago and it has really helped me in a lot of ways... i know that's not an option for a lot of people because of work or needing gps, but doing whatever you can to minimize all that is really good. The benefits go way beyond quitting porn, it will help your focus, self esteem, stop procrastinating... a bunch of stuff.

You can make it through november and then onwards from there, good luck!

I slipped up on day 3 or so, and can't seem to remember which day or why I relapsed, but, I did remain off social media and have been to this day.

Then, I was on Reddit the other day, I came across a post that supported Biotin as it apparently helped with reducing the side effects of prolactinomas. Don't really remember what exactly the post was about but it convinced me to purchase biotin.

The results have been phenomenal. Ever since I have been taking Biotin, 1 pill a day. I do have urges but I have been able to resist masturbating.

I don't know why, or how, or maybe because I convinced myself that Biotin is a magic pill, I have been PMO-free ever since.

I even got lucky this past weekend but the sex wasn't that great and I think it's probably because I got so used to masturbating.

Anyway, I feel like I am progressing and that I am finding things that work for me, I can't wait to see the endocrinologist next week Monday.

I have also been working out as of late, I was very consistent till I went out drinking during the weekend, and stopped taking the biotin because I did not want to mix vitamins with a drinking binge.

Anyway, I'm back on the horse now and just wanted to update you all.
