I’ve been having a lot of PMO-related dreams these past few nights, but fortunately they haven’t resulted in urges during the day. It feels like the proverbial demon that is porn addiction is making one last-ditch effort to claw its way back into my life — but that has no chance in hell of happening.

No urges to report. Tomorrow will mark 110 days free from PMO (and this streak comes on the heels of another 110-day streak). The thought that I could go 110 whole days without viewing porn — and doing this twice, and in a row — would have been inconceivable this time last year. Super happy with the way this journey is going and equally grateful to this community for the moral support it has lended along the way.
