I’ll start implementing a good way to radically change my mindset when I’m feeling low and wanted to share in case anyone would want to try it out. I bought about 40 pounds of ice yesterday and took a 10 minute ice bath. It was pretty rough for a few minutes but the relaxed feeling I had for a couple hours afterward made it all worth it.
