I didnt PMO today, thought about it but my desire to not PMO out weighted the action of PMO. im going to sleep

thanks guys  sad thing is when I only have a day or two its like or even a week my thinking of giving in to PMO is like what do i have to lose? nothing so I succumb and give in to PMO. I dont know what the solution to quiting is but I do know that having real sex is dangerous but With PMO i am afraid of not getting it up or only wanting PMO so I trying to quit before I dont have a choice.

Tonight I helped my ex step sons (kj)'s dad (ken) work on his tractor and then took kj (10) to see "how to tame your dragon 2" we saw the first one together and both wanted to see the second one. tomorrow I am taking KJ and my buddy Brad and his son briden (8) fishing on my boat. The four of us went last year and caught a butt load of fish. Its suppose to be nice this weekend.

ended up tonight fulfulling a fantasy in real with a woman. this not PMO and living out real fantasies is kind of scary but at the same time much more rewarding. So I hooked up with Shantell tonight. working 13 hours today after working 17 then 8 off. I am ok with it but long hours of work and no play makes thomas an overworked dude

day 25 and no porn or masterbation. feel free from the lure of porn. its odd how once away from it for as short as three weeks the draw towards it deminishes rather quickly. plus reaching orgasms with women although enjoyable it sure does take alot of teaching the women how I like it. i suppose there is a learning curve on my part. i am definitely leaning more towards not wanting to have sex more than i am with different women.
